Scrip
Welcome to fundraising with Scrip! Scrip is simply prepaid cash/gift
cards and certificates that all stores offer. (The term ‘scrip’ means
“substitute money.”) When you purchase scrip through the PTA a percentage of the
proceeds go directly back to Meadows – from 2 to 15% or more per card! Last year
we raised $8,000 just by shopping with scrip!! We can easily double that if
everyone participates. It’s easy - so make it a habit! Jump in and start earning
money for Meadows while you shop!
How to order scrip:

Weekly Order
Form: This form contains a list of “Meadows’ Best Sellers” and is
sent home weekly in your child’s Tuesday envelope. Please complete with the
ordering & payment instructions on the form. Checks, credit cards and cash

Monthly Order
Form: Use the same scrip every month? Submit a standing order form
with credit card payment information and we will automatically place this order
for you monthly. Click here to print.

Friday Scrip Table outside the cafeteria from 2 – 3 pm. Stop by
to socialize and shop while your child gets a treat from the Friday Ice Cream
table. This is a great time to pick up last minute cards for gifts or your
weekend activities!! Checks, cash, credit and debit cards accepted.

Payment options for online orders:

Check to ‘Meadows PTA’ with ‘scrip’ & order number in memo area dropped off at
the office

Online with PrestoPay (secure ACH debit to your checking account.

Credit/debit card: Please stop by the Friday Scrip Table between 2 – 3 pm with a
copy of your order.
Delivery
Scrip orders are filled weekly on
Thursdays. You may choose to either have your scrip order sent home with your
child (“backpack express”), or you can pick up your order in person at the
Friday Scrip Table between 2 – 3 pm. All orders sent home require a valid email
on file. A confirmation email will be sent to you on the day your order was
delivered to your child’s teacher to be sent home. Be sure and check the
backpack that day!!!
