IMPORTANT NOTICE! As the year winds down (yes, there are only 3 months left!), the scrip team won’t be replenishing scrip supplies. So as it runs out, vendors will be taken off the weekly form. We will keep you posted as to what is running low. If you need something specific, please contact Amy Sutherland.

What Is Scrip?
In short, Scrip is a like a gift certificate that spends just like cash.

How does the Scrip Program work?
Local and National merchants sell scrip certificates to Meadows at a discount. Then the school sells scrip to you at face value. You pay no more to use scrip than you would cash. Meadows earns the difference between the face value of the scrip and the discounted price (4-25%-see scrip form).

What Can I do to participate?

Buy scrip! Every Tuesday a scrip order form comes home in your child’s Tuesday envelope, or you can download a printable copy here. Consider your monthly spending habits and fill in the amount and type of scrip you want. Attach a check (payable to Meadows PTA) to your scrip form and return it to school. PTA also accepts VISA and MasterCard on scrip purchases over $200. Scrip orders are filled every Thursday and sent home with your child or home delivered (for orders over $350). Extra scrip order forms are available in the office.
